The World Voyage - Western Circumnavigation via the Panama Canal

Overview

The World Voyage - Western Circumnavigation via the Panama Canal

Spending most of the British winter under warmer skies, you’ll venture from country to country, from continent to continent. You’ll notice gradual shifts in language, customs and cuisine as you arrive in incredible cities, sleepy atolls and distant lands, far removed from the usual tourist trails and all from the spacious comfort and luxury of your ship. Queen Victoria remains one of the finest ships at sea and this unique pairing offers you unparalleled adventure of pure discovery in effortless style. As the chilly English coastline falls away, you will sail Transatlantic bound for the sun drenched beaches of Bermuda and Florida. The blissful sunshine continues around the Caribbean followed by a thrilling transit of the Panama Canal en-route to Mexico and Costa Rica. Queen Victoria will then head north to San Francisco for an overnight stay before crossing the vast expanse of the Pacific Ocean to New Zealand but not before pausing to appreciate the breathtaking scenery of Hawaii where Queen Victoria will stay in port overnight before heading to the pristine waters of Samoa and Fiji. From there, she will sail to the mighty Australian continent taking in Sydney, Queensland’s Gold Coast and the Great Barrier Reef. Next, the beauty of Asia calls including thrilling destinations such as Bali, Vietnam, Hong Kong and the iconic botanical gardens in Singapore. After Asia, she sails onto stunning destinations in the Indian Ocean and South Africa before returning to Southampton via Namibia and Gran Canaria. The days between your discoveries ashore are just as rewarding, thanks to the myriad of possibilities on board. The ship is curated to serve your mood and interests: you can as easily socialise at glamorous events as escape to the sanctuary of quiet spaces; meet like-minded fellow enthusiasts of your favourite hobby or find solace to follow your pursuits.
