The Grand Resort, Hurgada - Egypt

In the heart of the modern resort area of Hurghada, the Grand Resort's service and facilities are also on a grand scale. Built in an unusual figure of eight style, one side of the hotel has two pools plus two kids pools and is very lively, offering music and entertainment. The other side of the hotel, with its single large pool, is more quiet and relaxing, making it ideal for both families and couples alike.

I stayed here in November 2010 with Red Sea Holidays. First impressions are always lasting ones and my first impressions here were everything I would expect from a 5* Hotel.

All the public areas, restaurants, pools and rooms were all clean, welcoming and of excellent standard.

Even though there are 828 rooms there is enough public space to not realise that the Hotel was of full capacity.

The Hotel is connected to the Grand Mall with an excellent choice of restaurants, shops, bars and facilities to meet everybody’s needs
