Been There - Dawn Filler

This hotel is just beautiful, It takes you back to a bygone era with mahogany furniture and beautiful soft furnishings. When you open the curtains in the morning you see the sun rising over mountains spread out below and it is truly breathtaking. Breakfast is served in an elegant dining room with excellent service and delicious fare. A walk in the gardens is very welcome after the indulgent breakfast all the while enjoying the stunning backdrop.

After a relaxing stroll in the sunshine the spa is calling and time to pampered with one or two treatments from the extensive list in the warm and welcoming Spa.

Time then to relax with a good book by the open fire in the lounge before a gourmet lunch to build you up before sightseeing around the national park. A visit to see the Three Sisters from the lookout point, to wander around Katoomba to browse around the craft shops before you head back to Lilianfels for a gourmet dinner or just collapse and enjoy a long soak in the bath in your luxurious bathroom. I just can't wait to go back.
