Our holiday this year was a marvellous scenic cruise to Norway with P&O Cruises. We travelled in May leaving the port of Southampton. Our ship, the Ventura is the sister ship to the Azuza and are the largest ships in their fleet. The ship is modern with many facilities. The entertainment is varied to suit all ages and tastes. There is a well equipped gym, spa, library, theatre and many bars and restaurants. All cabins are of good size and prices range from the inside cabins to the luxurious suites. For this scenic Cruise we decided to treat ourselves to a Balcony cabin. Waking up with the curtains open and seeing the beautiful stunning views is certainly something I will never forget! Leaving the small port villages in the evenings and slowly cruising down the fjords was magical and spectacular. For that special occasion (birthday or anniversary) I would definately recommend a Norwegian Cruise. When asked if I would escort a Fred Olsen cruise from Yeovil in July 2011 for our company, I was truly delighted. We already have a full coach and are on our way to filling a second - book soon if you want a place!
