Dating back to 1922, Grand Hotel Miramare enjoys an idyllic location between the old town Taormina and the beautiful coast.

Panoramic views can be enjoyed from the majority of the hotel’s communal areas including the restaurant, and the attractive swimming pool and terrace.

Due to the geography of this area the property is set on a series of levels accessed via terraces and steps with nearly 200 steps leading down from reception to the pool.

The good standard guest rooms offer individually decorated styles and sea view rooms are highly recommended for quite spectacular vistas.

There are tennis courts, occasional evening entertainment and in high season the hotel offers a shuttle service (payable) to a beach 3km away where the hotel has an area reserved for guests. Surprising for Taormina, the hotel also offers ample car parking (charge).
