With a choice of eight restaurants offering every option from sustainable fine dining to breezy venues with a beach club feel, your every culinary mood can be catered for. The serene Constance Spa has a sauna, steam room and plunge pools, along with 10 rooms where you can detox, relax and refresh with customised treatments inspired by plants from the Indian Ocean. Complimentary group yoga and pilates classes are available. The state-of-the art gym is equipped with Life Fitness Cardio, TechnoGym and Queenax equipment, fully integrated TV screens and USB ports, and is open daily from 7am to 8pm. There’s also a weekly programme of group fitness sessions. Outdoor activities include tennis (4 floodlit courts), volleyball, table tennis and mini golf, and there are bicycles to hire for an extra charge. Certified divers can choose from a variety of dive excursions while beginners can try out diving in the pool and decide whether they wish to take a PADI diving course during their stay here. Group and private expeditions can be arranged to a variety of sites off the island’s north, west and south-east coasts. The boathouse has a wide range of free activities: water skiing and wakeboards, windsurfing, kayaks and pedalos, Hobie Cat, laser boat, glass-bottom boat trips and snorkelling trips including equipment.
